HEy

wow finally pass emission today after 5 tries.

Nox off the roof problem _ EGR VALVE PATH IN INTAKE MANIFOLD WAS CLOGGED

NO-- border line with oil change, new plugs, wires, Coil. and 10 bottle of 12oz dry gas with 1/8 of a 87 oct tank

my hc was good

i have a 3" cat and factory EGR in place


oh also timing was at 4 deg. to pass NO. very important

My bitch is hauling ass after the tune up.

That egr passage is always cloggged after a while I noticed. I had to take the intake off and wash it thoroughly and use a bottle brush to clean it out.

if you have a place that will pass you on the visual, you SHOULD have no problem passing without an EGR. my NOX emissions were lower than low.
