I see where a bunch of people have them for sale but nothing about installing them or the modifications that need to be done..
you need an alternator bracket, rerouted battery and a bunch of odds and ends.

I will have a 2j one modded to go on a 7m by the end of the week. it would be a lot cheaper then one of rons, but his are ALOT better looking. it will be sandblasted and ready for polishing or jetcoating. you would just have to either use the 2j TB or get a Q45 or other TB and have that put on. you have to do a couple of other small things like said before but its the same with any of them. PM me if your interested.

im getting mine installed now by a local supra guru. so far its been straight forward. it depends on the design on what needs to be moved and where. mine is going to be straight 2jz style where the ic pipes are going between the rad and the motor. if you have it angled out to the drivers headlight then you need to ditch the battery and put it somewhere else, fuse box and ignitor may need to be moved too. depending on how big a pipe and ic you are going with there may be more relocations needed. theres more to it than you think and alot you wont know about until you get into it.

His work IS topnotch. Not only are his parts performance built, but look beautiful! Just to add on to what everyone else is saying, Getting a FFIM would DEF. be worth it. In many cases, people are seeing in the whereabouts of 30hp gains just from that. I believe Duane got 35rwhp just from the FFIM, IIRC.

Also, how many other Supra owners are in your area? I'm from Shelbyville, IN...

there is no comparison to the work that ron does.

BTW- i've got one of his short runner intake manifolds FS, drop me a line!

i've been using a FFI for 3+ yrs now....the difference in throttle response is amazing. not to mention cleaning up the engine bay, etc.

drj, what did you use for an ISC? just a set screw? That's what I'm using now, but it can be a real pain to start.
I'm looking into installing the ISC valve on my FFIM like in the JZ.
