Faster shifts on the Auto...

Anyway to make shifts faster? Would tightening the throttle cable help at all?

ive seen something somewhere about modding the valve body inside the box. tho i cant remmeber where. soz like lol. it is somewhere on the net tho. from memory its on a soarer forum or something else that has the same autobox as our cars.

There is a shift mod out there for auto trannies (just search for "A340 mod") but I don't know if it makes it shift faster or just later.

pretty much everything you ever want to know about upgrading the A340.. thread is 11 pages and there is a LOT of updated info later in the thread about solving various problems that came up with the earlier mods.. read it all.
