Yes. It should fix the oil dripping into the plug valley. Not much else can cause that.

I say it is not normal to loose coolant if every thing is working properly. You have a leak somewhere. Start looking at coolant lines and I would pressure test the coolant system for leaks. Hopefully it is not a BHG

What ^^ he said about the valve cover gaskets.

As far as the coolant disappearing, that is definitely not a good sign...do you see any coolant leaking from anywhere? Or any on the ground after it has been parked? Does the temp. spike(overheating)? Any smoke out of the exhaust (after warm up)? Waterfall sound behind dash? Milky stuff under you oil cap, and on your dipstick?

If you answered yes, to any of the following questions, then it is likely a BHG...

Same thing happened to me. All I did is keep adding collant and it stopped. So i'm guessing I had air in the system somwhere that had to work it's way out. Try running the car with the resivoir upto the full line WITHOUT the radiator cap on. This will work out any air pockets in your coolant system. once you notice the radiator isn't toped off and the level is dropping just add more collant until it stops.

but if you didn't fill the reservoir every other week, your radiator would begin to loose coolant too ;)

follow their advice, along with a compression test
