Here it goes. My buddy has a car with MAFTPRO setup on it with speed density and the MAP. Also the AIT sensor. Anyways what the problem is, the car will not rev up. If I floor it it stumbles and bounces up and down. But my idle is fantastic. So therefore this really cant be a vacuum leak.

Now I know half of you guys are going to say,"TPS TPS TPS". I took one off of a running car near me and put it on. No luck.

I am getting code 24. AIT Sensor, but a few guys have told me, that is because of the MAFTPRO. Now the ? that I am getting to, is do I have to tune the MAFTPRO or specifically set it to a certain setting for the car to rev or is my problem elsewhere?

With that said, I only have one ? left. I still havent powered up my wideband.....<<< That may be the case huh?

Any help would be great appreciated. THX IN ADVANCE......

Is it hooked up correctly? Double check the wiring....

Is this a problem that came up immediately after the MAFT-Pro was on, or a problem that came up when you just installed it?

I know Aaron and Malloynx are running the Maftpro, but I don't know anything about it. There's a guy on here that sells them. His name is Drjones or dryjonez or something like that. I bet he could help you. You may could pm some of the other guys that are running it. Sorry I can't help you. Good luck.

I am sure some of you know. NJSUPRA (Steve) from NJ. He wired the MAFTPRO for us, so it was just plug n play. Anyways I went out there and double checked the wiring. It all looks good.

This problem has came up just as it was installed.

Yes Malloynx is not on at the time, otherwise I would be talking to him as he has provided us with great help along with Aaron and Jose from Driftmotion, but he didnt answer to my call either. Is Dr.Jones running the MaftPro or just selling them? THX.

He's selling them I know, but I thought I had read where he knows a good deal about them. He may not, but seems it would be a good selling point if you could actually tell people about your product.............lol

Dr.Jonez is a distributer for the MAFT-pro's. He is the one testing it on his car to make sure new updated and prototypes are working. He works out the glitches and everything. If there is anyone you should be talking to it is definately Dr.Jonez.

Well, if he could only contribute to this thread or maybe I could catch him on AIM sometime. But other than that, keep the suggestions coming.

Check fout. That sounds like what was happening to a friend... his fout was 0 so the ecu wasn't seeing a KV Freq input... basically it thinks your AFM is unplugged... That's my suggestion.

Make sure your wideband is powered on while the car is running, if its not it will destroy the sensor... (just repeating what i've heard, never had it happen.)

Alright guys. Problems have be fixed. I was wondering if there had to be any sort of initial setup on the MAFTPRO. As this unit is available to many different cars out there. And yes i skipped the quick setup in the instructions. What an idiot. But anyways, THE GREAT MALLOYNX guided me through the most of that. Now the gas problem is solved. But when the key is turned it wont bring itself up to idle, I have to give it quite a bit of gas and hold it at 1500 or so then slowly bring it down and then the car will idle great. Maybe I need to adjust my AFPR? Any suggestions on that? THX FOR ALL THE HELP GUYS. One more ? to ask..... Who is running the boost solenoid on the MAFTPRO right now?
