Hey, all. I have an 86.5 that needs a paint job. Would I be a complete tool if I didn't paint her one of the original colors?
It will cost a lot more, considering you'd have to paint all the jams, the enigine bay and anywhere else you'd see the old color. If you don't like the color you have by all means do it, I personally like the factory colors. Thats why I bought mine in the color i did!
aint nothing wrong with factory colors, look fine when new. and yeah if you get a different color it will be more expencive.
If you wanna be safe, go with factory, but if your feeling some other color, try your luck, just be sure its within your range, I personally like the factory colors
