I seem to have triggered the alarm so it won't allow the car to start.
I've done a lot of research to try to figure out how to disable the alarm. I don't know if these come with a remote but mine doesn't have one. Now, my drivers side door will not lock from the outside, only unlock. The key just doesnt turn that way. when I locked it before leaving i did it from the passenger side. Then unlocked from the drivers side. So far i've tried:
locking it/unlocking from drivers side.
locking/unlocking from passenger side.
locking from drivers then unlocking from passengers.
Unlocking twice from drivers with door open and closed.
Unlocking twice from passengers with door open and closed.
locking twice from passenger then unlock from drivers.

That's all what ive found from different forums but nothing is working. Any suggestions? Thanks.

thanks, what i ended up doing was disconnecting the negative and positive on the battery and connecting them with a ground wire. Take it off for thirty seconds and then reconnect the battery. I guess it resets the electronics.

Had the same problem with the key cylinder not turning. Had to remove the cylinder and lube it up. I also cleaned tthe rotary switch on the back of the cylinder to fix the damn alarm from misbehaving. Didn't have any luck disconnecting the battery.

well what i learned is that you can disable the alarm completely but you have to sacrifice your radio and dome interior lights.if you pull the dome fuse and radio fuse the alarm wont every go off but i think you can still lock and open your doors and even start and drive.

dont know if this helps but its just an input from experiencing the same thing.

Just pull the alarm. There is a how-to on here. You will have to make a little jumper wire (what I did) or ground a wire to the steering wheel. The alarm works by killing the ground to the starter.

project time: ~30 mins and you get the satisfaction of destroying it with a sledgehammer.
