factory alarm with turbo timer

anyone know how to get the turbo timer to work and the alarm activate when you lock it up... i have a greddy turbo timer and an HKS wiring harness

on the hks, it's the blue wire
don't know about greddy

Do I just diconnect the blue wire from the harness???
