I bought this this cd player an installed it into my ski boat back when I bought my boat new in 04 an after like 2 to 3 yrs , the face plate aint making good connection with the unit , so I gotta apply pressure to the face plate to turn the volume etc ...
well, the other day I went down to the docks to finally install an antenna an I find out that there is no sound when I turn the radio on or play a cd .
I can see the counter registering wne the cd is playing but no sound .
now about a good week prior to this, I need the shift cable ajusted an just took the boat down to the dealer .... I am wonderinig if somehow the dealer bumped a wire or something when they were ajusting the shift cable or my cd player just pretty much shit the bed ....
I tried to trace some wires but didnt see anything ... so, I gota have a radio while out lounging on the boat looking at the bikini's so I freaking bought another cd player .... some kennwood for like 100 bucs but this time I spent the extra 20 bucs on a 4 yr replacement thingy .... kinda all pisses me off having to spend 100 bucs on a cd player thats only like 4 yrs old ....
fuking kid at best buy says that sometimes that happens ... I call B/S , my pioneer in the supra I put in like 10 yrs ago an theres nothing wrong with it ..
needed to vent a bit ....
