Exist a difference in brake master cyliner????

I have a supra 89 7mgte whit ABS and I am trying to find a Brake Master Cylinder new or in good conditions. I have found some brake master cylinders but always are Whitout ABS. Is there a difference between them???? ABS or non ABS

Where can I find one?????

Or I can use the non ABS brake master ?????


The non ABS cost $70 and the ABS brake master cost like $180. Why?????

There are only 3 part numbers listed, and they all seem to be similar in pricing.

I noticed the 89 and up cars use an aluminum one where the old one was not. I upgraded my 88 to the newer one.
