I just got a set of Euro folding Mirrors(manual), i just put them on and they look weird. My D/S i cant get it to view my sides and my P/S is way off. Are the euro cars RHD? If so then i know why it won't focus. Is there any way i can have them view the sides like the LHD mirrors??

Everything east of the Chunnel is LHD (I think!)

If you got a set from the UK, then this would make sense why you can't get them to focus. You could always try and swap the mirror assemblies inside the mirrors though?

You really shouldn't be seeing the sides of your Supra in your side view mirrors anyway.

Stolen from another site...
Many of us learned to position the outside left and right side-view mirrors by adjusting them until you just view the side of the vehicle while sitting in the driver's seat. This method still leaves dangerous blind spots.

A method of adjusting outside mirrors that is becoming increasingly popular positions each mirror so that the driver does not view the side of the vehicle. This position allows a trailing vehicle to be observed immediately after its view is lost from the inside center rear-view mirror; assuming that this center mirror is properly adjusted.

To adjust the side-view mirrors properly, one moves slightly to the left and right of normal driving position, and adjusts the mirrors to just view the side of the vehicle. This can be accomplished by placing your head on the driver's window while adjusting the left side mirror, and by sitting in the center of the vehicle while adjusting the right side mirror.

If you can't get them aimed, they are U.K RHD mirrors. The way to know is to take them apart as they say LHD or RHD inside the mirror body. Did the seller tell you what version you bought before the sale? I'd be a bit upset.

If your original mirrors are USA mirrors you wont be able to swap them out. The glass is thicker and the mounting on the actual mirror holder is different. I am having an issue close to the same with my JDM mirros. The glass is the same shape and thickness as the manual folding mirrors for the LHD but the mount plate is different between the manual and automatic mirrors.

With that said, I still need one more set of manual LHD folding mirrors if anone has them. Condition of the body is not important as I will only be using the glass.
