Error codes help.....

I think I have finally found out the reason for my stumble in boost. I checked my codes (correctly this time, E1 & TE1, not E1 & TE2 ::dunce:: ) & I have a 21 & a 31 error codes. Is the 21 the oxygen sensor as with the 7M? Also, I'm fairly certain that the 31 isn't the AFM, so what is it?

Is there a Ox sensor that I can use that doesn't cost $400?
