It was 2am, was gonna head home (early for a friday, heh), and car doesn't start.
At about 6pm, it wouldnt start either. It didn't even try to, really. It's like it wasn't in "Parking" so it wont start. (Assuming this car doesn't start if it's not in P, I haven't tried or checked. But I got the same reactin as when I tried to turn on my previous cars (manual) without pushing the clutch, they wouldn't start).
It's not the batter or annything. So I moved the stick from P to N, and back to P. Try it, and it turns on (this was at 6pm). I figured it could be the car not realizing it wasn't in P, as the stick is a little bit loose in there. (For example, when I'm doing Reverse, the reverse lights will only turn on if I push the stick a bit forward).
Anyways, at 2:00am it does the same. I try the same trick, MANY times, no luck. I got my center dash piece off, tried to see under there, trying to find HOW the heck the stick tells the car it's in Parking, couldn't solve anything. It's 3:48am and I had to leave my car kinda hidden in an underground parkin lot. I think it's rather safe in there. There were other cars in there (at least 2, newer than mine), plus, I took home with me the center console with the radio. It has a very loud alarm system too. But if I go there in a few hours and I see something missing (like mi rims), I'm going to cry. Like a baby.
I checked the codes before leaving... but I had unplugged the battery before that (mistake, as it erases the ECu, right?).. anyways, got Code 51. Checkl what it says here:

At about 8am I'm gonna call my mechanic and whoever and will try to get there and make it work. I know it's an electrical issue, nothing wrong with the engine. Anyone has any ideas? I wont sleep very well, and not even 4 hours probably. :-(
