Well my Engine temp seems a little faulty short spikes up or down.
I was wondering how to treat this illness.

Thanks.

Also do our motors generate a Pretty good amount of heat. Ive been noticed increased warmth in the cabin near the floor boards and fire wall.

7mgte thanks.

question 1.
It could be either a sign of air getting in the cooling system
or it could be a faulty temp sensor. Check the temp sensor and pressure test your cooling system. Do you get any waterfall noises behind the dash?

question 2.
All i know is my legs used to sweat when i leaned em up against my tranny tunnel while driving in my old 5spd supra, so yeah you could say they generate alot of heat lol..

this is how i tested mine when it goes all the way up pull over and touch the radiator cap. if its warm your gaueg is broke <like mine> if it is hot or accurate with your gauges reading your gauge is fine.

if you can hold your hond on the cap while the gaugeis all the way up the gauge is done. otherwise your hand well get roasted:)

well the previous owner said theres a new water pump but i dont know for shure, so how would i put water or check water?

When the engine is cold take off the radiator cap, the coolant level should be level with the bottom of the neck. Check your overflow tank is on the full level (its down by the left headlight infront of the radiator.)
