My car sometime has trouble turning over but for the most part, it starts without a fuss, but my main problem today is that my engine keeps shutting off everytime I put it in drive and reverse.:icon_mad::cry: I haven't checked 1st or 2nd, but honestly there would be no point to check those if I can't put it in drive later on. I'm thinking it's the alternator, because the bearing is sqeaking cosiderably. Does anyone else have any suggestions. Also, does anyone have an alternator wiring harness (just the harness for the alternator, not the full engine) in good condition? Even just parts of it in good cond. I could use.
