Do you mean Motor Mounts?

Motor mounts support the engine, The cross member is a single support that holds the rear of the tranny.

You dont need a new crossmember for your transmission. I dont know what your going to, GTE or just from a GE? I was researching this and to my knowledge if your car is pre-89, you need the BIC MMs and thats all. Get a clip and be done.

ok, i take it you're talking about a 1jz swap? If so, there's a dedicated forum for that sort of thing.

BUT: For an 87-early 89 Supra, you have to get the Motor Mountsbrackets from BIC and use the stock square mounts. For Late 89-92 I believe you can just drop them in with the 1jz Motor mount brackets and the stock mounts
