Engine Harness Wiring Terminals

I'm currently restoring my engine wiring harness. I've looked through the forums and found this website: http://easternbeaver.com/Main/Elec__Products/Connectors/Sealed/SM-MT/sm-mt.html

For my broken connectors I can buy the new ones from that site. I have a few connectors that are in good condition and I would just like to re-pin them with new terminals. I took the pins out of a few connectors and am comparing sizes. Does anyone know of a chart where I could find what size terminals would fit each connector? Or if anyone has re-pinned connectors before, what size terminal did you use and where can I purchase it? Here's some information I found:

there are certain plugs which do not use the sumitomo MT-style 090 pins including many of the temp sensors, the O2 sensor, oil pressure, AFM and TPS (last two not 100% though). I haven't looked into these plugs so I have no idea what style terminals they use. As far as de-pinning goes, a precision screwdriver set is all that I needed to disassemble the plugs.

Plugs such as the coil pack, cps, igniter, transmission, injectors, vsvs, and abs all use the MT-style 090 terminals (pins).

I could purchase the 090 terminals from that website, but I still want to re-pin other connectors, and from taking my harness apart I can see there are many different size pins. Thanks in advance for any help.

Those pins on that website, along with those rubber grommets fit the coil pack connectors...the other ones I'm not sure. A chart sure would be handy, but when I was searching this topic a while back I didn't find anything.

Did you happen across a place that sells the three coil pack connectors with the clip on the side? That is one I can't find anywhere and mine are busted.

If you go to driftmotion.com, they sell the wire that branches off for the coilpacks.

Yeah I found that out after I re-pinned my old one haha, it's only $30 ish.

Talked with a few people about what terminals go where, they just pointed me towards the threads that have already been made...so noone has any concrete part numbers or anything. Besides the 090 terminals which fit on most of the harness/sensor side connectors theres a few different ones (AFM, TPS, ECU etc...). I plan on taking a few pins out this week and taking pictures/finding part numbers.

edit: That phoenix website has some descriptions beneath the terminals they have for sale, saying they are used in the AFM or ECU, but aren't really specific. That and they are $1 a terminal which is outrageous.

Cool, according to that manual you just measure the wire with a caliper, and then match that to the terminal size.

They also use a Toyota wiring repair kit though. I wonder if that would work with sites such as the one linked above.

But, still doesn't solve the question: which pins are used in what connector throughout the harness? Those .pdf files don't address that issue, just give part numbers to the varying pin terminals.

I just bought a bag a radio shack from their electronics bin, but dont expect too much help from the people that work there, most of them dont even know they have the bins. Sorry didnt keep the bag or the numbers but I got 20 males and 20 females for $1.50. Was two years ago but I would think they would still have them. Just take one of each pin size to match up.
