engine cowling

hi ,
I've a friend who have a probleme with his engine cowling . It don't want open ! He have a probleme with the opening syteme who is blocked . How we can open it ? please

Is the cable broken at the handle end?

He say me , the cable is not broken ... They heard the "clak" of the opening system but the engine cowling is allways closed ...

Get someone to push on it as he pulls the handle

they tested , but it's not working

Unscrew the handle from the Dash then pull it and see if he can pull the cable with a pair of pliers

They tested to pullit with a pair of pliers , that's not work too

About the only thing left to try is remove the undertray and see if they can reach up from under the car.
