My car is not giving spark to all three coils and the engine code is 78 & 89 but I can't find them anywhere... It's a 2jzgte vvti in a 89 supra

Has the car ran before, or is this a first start?

Yeah it ran before then one day I got on it and it hit fuel cut and shut off and hasn't ran right sense, I replaced the spark plugs, plug wires and the igniter and the coil pack that I thought was bad but it turns out it's just not sparking that coil pack, could it be my crank sensor? When I ohm my cam position sensor it comes in at 1140 and when I ohm my crank sensor it comes in over 2000
