Was reading up a bit on some other threads, and came upon the idea of rigging up a switch to make getting engine codes easier. Instead of going around with a end-stripped wire.... or whatever you can find available at the time.

So, has anyone else done this? I know it's a pretty basic concept, but I honestly hate electrics and I'm slowly getting into them, so I don't want to screw up.

Pictures would be lovely  :biglaugh:

you could put an on/off switch on TE1 & E1
shorted when on, open when off.
