ok putting my 89.5 n/a in my 87. witch monts would i use the 89.5 or the 87? or are the same? and is it true the crossmembers are diff?

you need to use the 87 style mounts. mounts were changed mid-89. some 89's have the old style some have the new.

your going to need the 87 engine brackets and the 89 mounts.

I would have to go against you on this one, but not saying i'm right. I believe you need mounts from a 87-88.

You're going to need the old style square mounts.

Just to add in here, my very early 89 does have the square mounts.
