I'll be writing a guide on this soon, just talked to Jeff the day before about it.
Look at your lower control arms (LCA's from here on out): pick a side, the front of the rear camber bolt bushing. Look at it from both sides...if one side looks like there is a metal sleeve insie of it, and the other looks like the ring flares up around the edges of the bushing hole, you need to remove that sleeve. Use a reciprocating saw with a 6" blade to cut through the sleeve, then pound a quarter inch chisel through the cut you just made and the sleeve will slide out with a little convincing.
EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING that the polyurethane touches must be greased, and greased well. All of the bushings I have done thus far have slid in, after greasing, with a firm hand push. The sliders do the same, again, with grease. Make sure the correct bushings are on the front and rear of the control arm, look at the paper that came with the bushings.
