#1 goes to a sensor on the trans
#2 kinda looks like the EA2 plug, cant really tell tho
#3 kinda looks like an ignitor connector, but again not sure
#4 you might wanna take a pic of its location on the harness, cuz theres a few that shape
#5 i think those are for the alternator on the stock JZ harness. but i have no idea on that

#1, like Bigzavs said, to the trans speed sensor for ABS.
#2, EA2.
#3, Ignitor (1 of 2).
#4, PPS.
#5, Alternator primaries, they should be run to the battery positive post.

Well seems like you got your plugs figured out, as for your belt, it uses a spring tensioner. The center pulley is mounted on a lever with a spring. Once you get the belt on there, it does the job for you :)

Put the Belt on the pulleys then throw a 14mm (i think) rachet on the tensioner bolt and push down and it will then tension up.

Yep! If you want some tips:
1) Put the belt on all the pulleys accept of one (I usually leave the tensioner) and have a friend hold the belt tight.
2) Set your racket on tighten(clockwise)
3) Use a breaker bar or a pipe on the end of your ratchet
4) Rotate the tensioner until it hits the stop and hold it there. The belt should slide right on :)
