emissions help!!!!!!

ok so i did a search but didnt really find what i was looking for...

i cant pass emissions to save my life!!! i have failed 4 times now...

1st time i should have known cause i was running the 680cc injectors with no management on a stock 1jz ecu, i failed HC and CO but passed NOX

2nd time i swapped injectors to the 440s and adjusted the fuel pressure, failed NOX but passed HC and CO..... HC 53/ allowed 111 CO .01/ allowed .61 NOX 1255/ allowed 773

3rd try i adjusted exhaust timing(retarded to -5) and fuel pressure and failed everything.... forgot to get copy of inspection

4th try i adjusted exhaust timing (retarded to -2) and am back at failing HC and CO but passing NOX..... HC 285/ allowed 111 CO 6.66/ .61 allowed NOX 316/ allowed 773

and they arent just like a lil out, its crazy off... what should i do?? i dont wanna keep giving $25 away to fail again

car setup- 1.5jz with gt40-82 3.5in exhaust turbo back, 440cc JDM injectors, new cat, fuel pressure set at 32psi at idle, plugs gapped to .025, exhaust cam set at retard -2

i am currently running just the stock 1jz ecu

i can only imagine a 1.5jz with a gt40, 680cc injectors and no tune...

it actually runs great!!! when i had the wego on it it stayed pretty consistant... not too rich not too lean.... i am probably going to get a apexi power FC and have it tuned....

whats messed up is that 2 years ago(last time i had it tested) it passed flawlessly on the exact same setup with the 440s(which it has in it now)

it wont, the more i read on the subject - what would help one thing would make the other two worse. but how did it go anyhow?

Just find some family out of town and change your registration. This sounds like a total mess. I am seriously impressed you had it running 680s on stock ecu. That rocks!
