Electrical problems after HKS TEMS controller install

Ok guys so i finished installign my HKS TEMS controller. I plug everything in except for the lumbar/power mirror's in. and when i turned the battery on my car on, the wipers go crazy, my tach go up and down, and my lights turn on and off, on and off.

I have absoulutly no idea. Please, i need your help on what it could be.

I really feel like going down and hitting my car with a torque wrench right now.

While the car is running? All the time? Try hooking everything up? Sounds pretty messed up... Try disconnecting the Tems controller and see what happens. It sounds like you may have hooked the wrong 2 (or more) wires together.

I have yet to start up the car at all. Its only when its in the "on" position. And the problems happen untill i turn it off. Also when the hazards are on, they stay on and make a nasty buzzing noise.

I don't think its possible for me to hook it up wrong. But i just checked.

I undid EVERYTHING and put it back.

SAME SHIT HAPPENS.

Im going to charge the battery a lot more and see what happens.

Maybe one of the ghey security problems? You try locking/unlocking the car?

No i have not yet, but i can't see why it would be a security problem.

If i had a camera i would video tape it! Its really weird and surprising at the same time! And my wipers SUCK and make a terrible squeeking sound.

Maybe if this continues ill borrow a video camera jsut for this!

Looking at the manual, the wipers, turn signals and hazard and TEMS are all in the same system. One of your grounds might be connected to a supply...go back and make sure the grounds are grounds, I don't know, not really enough info to help, how did you have it connected? What to what? Do you have a diagram for it?

hey actually on my moms car i threw in a radio and somin wire touched the power wire wich wernt taped right. come to find out instead of shorting out liek i would think my moms dash would flicker. but hey im sure you did everything right

And guess what guys, ive got everything sorted out with my wiring and everything works perfect.

The lights on the HKS controller look freakin sweet!
