Okay I searched for this topic everywhere, maybe I didnt search hard enough but here it goes. I had this problem ever since I had the car which is 2months. every time I turn on my blinkers or emergency lights, my battery voltage seems to jump up and down. I checked for codes and I have no codes showing up the battery is new. what do you guys think it might be? oh yea I forgot to mention when I turn either blinker left or right they both seem to blink @ the same time...?
Electrical problem? Please help.

Have you checked your alternator? Its probably on its way out. That's what happened when i had my 89
Sounds like your grounds to me. As for your turn signals blinking at the same time, I would check the wiring under the steering column for a short.
