Electrical Problem, Need Help

So I just hooked up my wiring harness, and the car starts, but the starter doesn't stop running or disengage. Also my windshield wipers, radio, and the low setting for the blower don't work. Any ideas?

Oh, and I don't think the blower problem is related tothe radio and front wipers.

Did you check ALL your ground points for corrosion??? You should check your harness for any broken or worn wires that might be bleeding power into other systems. Start at those ground points if they have rust on them you will have problems.
