Electric Impact Wrench

So Harbor Freight is having a sale on "Chicago Electric Power Tools" brand electric impact wrenches rated for 240 ft-lbs for $39. I'm guessing this brand has poor quality and isn't worth the time or money, but anyone have experiences with them?

be careful when you use it, if you loosen bolts to quickly it will strip the threads. (dont ask me how i know).
