Has anyone sent their ECU to Jet Computer Chips, to get it reprogramed ? Was it worth the money and could you really tell the difference preformance wise?

Yes... and no, it's a bogus upgrade that does literally nothing. There was an expose on the net a few years back, one of the Reg Reimer articles if I recall.
all they do it put a sticker over the chip. nothing else. I tested one for a local shop back in 2000.
