ECU placement

Where is everyone mounting there 1JZ ecu's? It wont fit where the stock one bolts up. I tried tucking it near the pass door my the blower motor but then the glove box wont fit. Pics would be a big help. Thanks!

Mine fits where the stock one is. Its not bolts but fits perfectly. Doesnt really move around either with the black thing installed.

Mine fits perfectly right in the stock location, even bolts in just fine too. My little secret? Take the brackets from the 7m ecu that came with your car, swap them over to the 1j ecu.
