ECU Ground

Does it matter weather your ECU is grounded to anything or not. Reason Im asking is I just got my 84 Supra with the 7MGTE conversion running Pretty well. But the ECU is just sitting behind the Glove box. Its not grounded to anything at this time. Basically, Its just sitting there on top of the Air Duct.

So my Question is will this give me a Code 11 If its not grounded. If so, Let me know and I will do that.

The ground wires for the ecu goes to the block on left side of engine dude. It is those wires under the intake.

Oh, Ok... Thanks for the Information.... I wasnt for sure if it was ok to Just let the EDU sit there in the Glove box or not.

The 7MGTE ECU is alot bigger than the 5M so it doesnt mount the same way...
