ok so a few months ago i got one of the turbo manifolds from ebay. welds arent too bad and looks like it will hold well. but as i started looking at it a lil more i had seen that it looked like the turbo flange was not facing the right way. put it up to a head i had laying around and then put the turbo on it(not the right flange ether but ez fix) and what do you know, it was made so that if it was the right flange it would have the down pipe running start in to the head, which would have the compressor side right on the finder. so i got some one to cut the flange off and up an old flange form the stock log style manifold on. works fine. you will need to get some kind of SS line for the return line cuz the ebay turbo manifold dose raze the turbo up a lil(its more or less a top mount now) but i had no prob shutting the hood. do notice a lil better pick up from the turbo. dont think its anything really great but may help with high HP motors. better flow of the gasses and less of the force wasted cuz its tube style.
