i just bought an ebay t70 kit with the 40mm wastegate and all that good stuff.
the only problem i have is the housing is a t3 for some reason? i dont know what xs power was thinking when they built this turbo. im just wondering if any body knows where i can get a different exhaust housing? thanks, brad

you get the header as well?

The problem is that if it has a T3 housing, it has a T3 wheel. and you can't get a T4 housing to fit on a T3 wheel. You would have to change the turbine shaft as well.

i bought the header seperatly, the exhaust wheel is quite huge also, i thought it may have just had a t3 footprint.

edit: what would you think about cutting my flange of the ebay header and welding one of these on there?

it may be huge, but there is no comparison from t3 stage 5 to t4.
T3 is in stages, 1 through 5.
T4 is staged as well, but it goes O through Q and is called "trim. so a "Q-trim" is the largest T4 wheel for a particular T4 exhaust housing.
You will need a T4 to T3 adapter to fit that turbo on that manifold.
WHat is the AR on the hot side?
