eBay oil pumps

Any one have experience with these ? are they really genuine Aisin pumps as supplied to Toyota, or are they rebuilt or remanufactured pumps.......

Price seems right, can they be trusted in a rebuild project....

With something as important as the oil pump, especially on a 7m, I wouldn't buy it from anywhere but Toyota. Don't go cheap on something that important.

Thats correct...you guys give answers with no clue of what you are talking about. Toyota sells Asin oil pumps and anyone that can buy them can sell them too. But if you want to get it from toyota be my guest.:nono:

Just make sure the pumps for the 7m-gte if you've got a turbo engine. The turbo oil pump has taller gears than the 7m-ge's oil pump.

Where can I find these Aisin oil pumps for cheap for a 2JZ-GE engine? Also does Aisin make the Toyota OEM water pumps too? If not, who does and where can I get the best price from? thanks.

Aisin makes both Toyota Oil pumps and waterpumps. Most dealers buy both OEM pumps and Aisin "aftermarket" pumps. If you come in and buy over the counter you get the OEM pump, have it installed, and they install the Aisin and full OEM price. Unless its me, because I won't take that part and install it. Got in trouble once, untill I told the owner of this dealership about it. But I do know of some dealers putting aftermarket Aisin pumps in toyota OEM boxes and selling those over the counter
