an impact gun.

if you dont have air tools then put the closed end of your wrench on the nut and hit it with a hammer.

if you look at the cam bolt, behind it to the left and to the right there are two 10mm bolts that hold the rear cover on.
put ONE flathead screwdriver resting on top of one of these bolts and hold it with your left hand and with your right crank the wrench, the screwdriver shaft will stop the cam from spinning.

you can also use this method to tighten it back up.

not sure if it makes sense to you but it worked great for me:icon_bigg

Better yet, you can just stick a long 10mm socket in the bolt and it will holt the cam gear easily.

got the idea about the screwdriver.. you mean on the bolt the holds the plate on...cool ill try these.

Will i then be able to take of the plate after removing these 10mm bolts, cuz i can not reach the cam cap thats under where the plate covers..i think i almost stripped one of the bolts trying to use a 12 sided wrench,,uh oh

(i dont trust wrenches anymore...never stripped anything wit a socket but a wrench...thats a whole nother story)
