Hope all of our L.A. Members are ok. I lost some family during the quake in Kobe. I've never experianced a Quake before, they say Houston sits on a lot of falt lines but due to the ammount of clay underground we don't feel them.

when is the so called "Big One" supposed to hit?

Be aware of aftershocks, get your car(s) away from trees, other things that can crash in on it, even if it's a 3.0 mag aftershock...

the whole southern California was built over a ... enormous fault line.. don't you love the geologist? they predicted a massive earthquake that will completely wipe out the area in the near future. if you guys haven't watched the tv series 10.0 its a pretty neato experience.
