E-01 External wiring harness

I recieved my Profec E-01 external wiring harness today and Im kinda stumped on how to wire it. It has 6 wires, 2 analog signal inputs, 2 pulse signal imputs, a ground and a signal output. I dont know which wires to hook up to what. Has anybody hooked up one of these things?
