Dyno!

So i got my car dyno'd the other day and i put out 226hp and 278ft/lbs of torque at the wheels with just 3" exhaust, apexi intake, and 10 psi.

i was so proud of my little mk3 lol.

On a different note,
Ive been having a real problem with traction. If the roads just barely damp i cant seem to hold grip. After 4k rpm my wheels just start spinning.

about how wide of rims should i go to remedy this problem??

hmz, I dont think that width is the one to blame. What tires do u have? Normal width for such numbers would be 245 in the back (without going over kill)

Good Job! in almost any rear wheel drive car over 4k rpms, you will break loose the tires. I have BFG Gforce tires 275/40/17 and I break loose all the time, so that is kinda normal.

you could check your tire pressure, if you inflate it to the max, then that wouldnt suprise me why you spin em so much.

i ran toyot r1's and they would break if i really got into it but other than that they were sticky

Nice numbers. I also don't think width has too much to do with it. More tire selection. My 275\35 spin after 4 to if I'm at WOT.
