Dumb Newbie question ( I need a picture)

I know it's a hassle, I need t get a picture of the spare tire cover ( the wood cover) in the back hatch. I need to know witch way the "C' shaped hooks go and which way the open part of the "C" shape hook faces for the tire iron. Or discribe where they go will do. Like a dumb ass I forgot to take notice when I took mine apart.

O.K. I don't know what the clips are for, I know think it's for the lug nut wrench, some tell me what it's for...please!1

Are you talking about this piece? It has the two black hinges that mount it to the black riser behind the seat. Here's a couple of old pictures. Maybe the underside picture will help as I am unsure what you are asking for. They are somewhat small.

I do have 2 or 3 of these in my shed, so I can take new pictures later if need be.

Yeah, that the piece, It looks like the opening of the "C" shaped clips face inward,. correct? Is that for the crank handle??
