dripping coolant on exhaust

There is coolant leaking on to the block and exhaust manifold and it looks like its coming from a heater hose in the back of the motor but I cant tell. Does anybody know what this is. I cant figure out what it is. It always happends after a long drive. and it just happend recently. Can anybody help me?

It might be a heater hose but it also might be that little hose on the back of the engine passenger side. Its about 5 or 6 inches long and bent at a 90* angle. It's a bear to get to and for that reason they tend to get ignored. If your dexterous and patient it can be changed fairly quickly.

HINT-Don't try and take the easy (cheap) way out and just bend some hose and hook it up it could (will) bind could cause damage and you'll end up having to replace it again. You need to buy the right hose w/ the right bend.
