I am getting the dreaded fuel cut but only between first and second.

She winds up just fine, slam second, bark the tires, then falls out, then comes back on, throw code 34, barks tires again, and then takes off. It happens so fast that I don't have time to lift.

Running about 11-12 lbs of boost and plenty of fuel pressure.

I can pull the first three gears up to almost redline with the same amout of boost with no problems, only when shifting between first and second.

Kinda stumped.

If you're running a stock AFM/injectors...that's the just about boost psi that fuel cut will occur at. You can try to turn the metering screw on the AFM all the way out, but thats about it. Otherwise, (without upgrades) get a manual valve boost controller and limit your boost to 10 psi or so. An Electronic boost controller is better though :naughty:

Upgrade wise, you can go the Lex AFM/550 injectors route and get up to 18 psi before you'll hit fuel cut. An adjustable FPR and hi pressure fuel pump is highly recommended too. Or, you can go with the MAFT Pro and eliminate the problem all together...works with any injector size too. Search is your friend on both options :icon_bigg

Well I have the aeromotive set at 30 psi, as well as an MBC. I am just baffled why I get this problem between first and second and no where else.

Thanks

Most likely it's due to how quick boost builds between 1-2 gear due to the rapid increase in rpm between those gears...you actually may be spiking a little above 11-12 psi, thus inducing fuel cut. The factory boost gauge is rather slow...not to mention incaccurate.
