It's virtual drag racing with your own car on a Dyno.

One has opened up near me so I might wander over and have a look sometime.

without having to worry about rain, wind, glaring heat or worse, hitting the wall...

Funny, they mention nothing about strap failure...

its for circuit racing too if i remember correctly - however i was told the handling and cornering has nothing to do with the specific car, they all handle the same i think :S

Smokey: You actually strap your car on the dyno and are surrounded by big screens and they project the setting onto them!

As far as I can tell it's all straightline.

I think it would be pretty cool. No need to swap drag radials on every saturday night now. Plus it may be less wear and tear on the drive train. Don't really know for sure about that one though. I would definately do it, if given the opportunity. Nice find IJ.......................lol

well it looks like a fold-and-go kinda setup so that screen probably would just rip apart. but if it had metal bracing it could really beat up a car that flew through it. and then of course if they set it up near a wall...that would suck

I really doubt that you're going to break something. Everyone these days are so scared of lawsuits, that it's probably ten times stronger than it needs to be. Let's face it, the laws of physics doesn't apply to Nates car. It's just too freaking strong................lol

we dont have that kinda shit where i live lol. detroit just has rim shops and car tint and the local place where the rice go for seats and nos..lol thank god for the internet.. id be screwed on parts..lol
