This is not complete yet. I am debating on some minor details with it still, but in the end these will be powder coated yellow.

Don't know yet most likely around 40lbs for both sides. I will know more once I have them done.

I really won't have anything to compare these to as I have barely driven my car and its a hard top plus I'm installing a cage.

do they actually connect to the subframes?

if not they aren't gonna do a whole lot of good IMHO...

Of course :evil2: however I do have to disagree with you there. I build alot of chassis bracing systems for alot of different cars and simply put the factory subframe rails lack highly in structure. and just reinforcing that helps in the overall feel of the car greatly. Even in front wheel drive configuration.

i'm curious if it'll actually affect structural rigidity or not. it looks to me that all the weight transfer would be directed through those little steel squares. are the bars tied in on both sides, or just one?

and if you're putting a cage in it, i can't imagine you'd feel the difference with those. looks cool, though.

Im stitch welding down the entire pinch rail. I want it to be as solid as possible.

those inside rails are damn near as thick as a truck's frame, and the outside rail where the jack points are is equally as strong...

I'd have to see a true before and after of what they do, but our cars aren't mustangs or f-bodies...

I have offered but I didnt much interest. There is no way I would make them off of my car though the under body was such a mess:icon_mad: I had to reshape the entire length of the pinch weld and the parts of the factory subframe So I'm going all out on it now.
