In the vid section there is a vid of a 7mgte with a custom r-154 tranny. They are calling it a custom dogbox. Does anybody have any info on this ?

There used to be a couple companies, in Australia that manufactured R154 gears. Both were 1-4 leaving the 5th helical for quiet cruising. Can't seem to find the companies though, IIRC one of them had something to do with wolf in the name...

It is stronger, but whines, like reverse. So unless you have a 10 second car, it is kinda useless.
Or a time attack/hill climb car. Anything where shifting fast is top priority.
