Doesn't even struggle to idle

Alright, I had just put this engine in and got it running (rough) on Friday. Anyway, I was in a tough spot to get the other stuff fixed (clutch bled, tighten all belts sans timing, and fix the vaccuum leak that was causing it to run rough. I took it to a shop and they fixed all of that as well as my thermostat as it was overheating.

First, I'll tell my mods: K&N FIPK, MBC, HKS SSQV, and 3" all the way to the Megan muffler.

When I got it back from the shop, the car idled perfectly and the right range for GTEs to be idling at, 600-700 and it did not fluctuate whatsoever. The only time it fluctuated was when I turned the steering wheel (we plugged up the PS idle up as a part of it was snapped off) and that wasn't really that big of an annoyance. Sometimes the car would stall out when I put it into neutral but it always started back up immediately. This is the first time where it hasn't started back up.

Anyway, the car stalled and I put it into neutral to start it back up. It didn't, and I came to a stop and tried again. Nothing. I turn the key and all I hear is a clicking coming from the glovebox area. I first thought it may be the battery but it's brand spanking new and nothing dims when turning the key over except the clock, but it always does that. So we push started it and it started up. No bad sounds coming from the engine bay so that was good. Once I let off the gas in between shifts or putting it in neutral, the car just flat out dies. I mean, the RPMs just shoot straight down to 0. Like the title says, it won't even struggle to idle. All the connections are good, no loose connectors or any hose off that I can see directly. So now the car is pushed off to the side of the parking lot of a college campus that I don't even go to and I'm 40 minutes from home.

Before I make the call to the towers, any idea on what would cause it to not start, the clicking near the glovebox and then just totally not idling at all?

(I had just finished racing another car, not literally after but I stopped at a light, turned left and made another left, that's when it died. I didn't take it to redline on any of the shifts, just enough for full boost and then some. Don't know if it's coincidence or what...)

Your Hks ssqv is most likely the problem for it stalling in neutral. The thing is when your bov vents to the atmosphere its letting air out of the intake that the computer is calculating fuel for. So it runs rich and stalls.

For it not starting up. ?????.

Hmm, okay well how would I prevent it from venting to the atmosphere?

Isn't it something to do with the old BOV?

Edit: I have all the other ports capped off that were from the old BOV.

I'd check the starter. Run a wire straight from the battery (make sure car is in nuetral) to the starter Clip-on starter post. If the starter is good, then it will crank, and run you over if it's in gear. If it doesn't crank, you need a new starter. As for the stalling, it could be the BOV, or the dashpot under the throttle plate. It should catch the throttle plate and crap it open a little bit when you let off the gas to keep it from choking the motor completely.

Turns out it was a grey connector that was unplugged. Anyway the car starts right up. Now I need to recirculate the BOV, correct? I'll also check the dashpot.
