today i went to the track and ran a 15.4 i have intake test pipe and i shimmed the wg (4 washers)every shift was 100 rpm away from redline and i used 1st 2nd and 3rd gears only launch was at 4000.
does this sound rite to you?

How much boost are you hitting with the 4 shims? I ran a ton of 15.3's and 15.1's at 91mph when I had my car at the track the first time (with intake, and mbc spiking to 12psi and slowly setting back to 7 by the end of the gear). I finally toyed with the mbc a bit more that day and got it to hold 12psi longer before it fell back to stock boost and I ran a 14.8 at 94mph. 2.3 60's on all of those lol. I was trying to slip the clutch rather than just dump it but I was still getting used to it.uberness408 said:

I run high 14's low 15's at 10psi all day long. 2.3-2.5 60's stock exhaust. Sounds about right to me. I've bested a 14.6 @ 98 so far.

my 60' was 2.4 trap spd was 90 mph i also forgot to mention i was running 40psi in all tires i dont know for sure how much i boosting but id say 10 pounds
Lower your tire pressure to factory specs if you are on a factory alignment with factory suspension.
I think the mph is slow for the light mods. Some cars are just faster than others. You may or may not have anything wrong.
