Do they make a dual stage boost controller?

I was just wondering if they made a boost controller that would start you off at one psi setting and then at a certain point boost you to another setting...

See, last night, I was getting great launches on 9psi, but terribly spinny outta control launches at 22psi... So what I was thinking was, if I could launch on 9psi through first gear, and when I shift to second, it would boost to 22... I bet I could really lay it down nicely... I tried, dont flame me, it was an experiment, but I actually tried launching in 9psi, and then reached over and turned my boost controller on and shifted to second... However, that proved to be, um, stupid... Because, the boost controller has to go through its start up sequence, and when it finally kicked in, it was all over... meh, it was an experiment, lol...

But anything like this available?

i think a line lock might serve you well. no wait, not a line lock - what is that thing called? where you can floor it and have the car make boost while not passing a set rpm? i forgot.

Line lock locks your front brakes, allows good burnouts.

You are thinking of a two step.

Jake, yep there are quite afew multistage boost controlers out there.

most electronic boost controllers have two presets, and turbo xs has a two stage manual boostcontroller that switches electronically from the cabin

I build boost, I just want something that will switch up boost at a preset time...

If I launch at 22psi, I spin insanely... If I launch at 9, then I get a good grip... So, lauch at 9, shift second and go to 22...

I'll research it...

BTW: I have an HKS EVC IV...

Havent tuned it yet, so...
EVC off = 9psi
EVC "low"= 22psi
EVC "high"= ??? I dunno, Im afraid to turn it on high, lol...

The apexi AVC-R has gear and RPM dependant boost settings.

haha

Why don't you just set "low" to 9-10 psi then set "high" to 22psi?

Problem solved.

I use the Turbo smart dual stage boost controller Low is set at 14ish and high is set at 20 psi this is a manual boost contoller I also was having problems with spinning when launching I have koni shocks so my TEMS is no longer in use so this is my High/low boost button Ive been using this for a few years now and it works great.
