I recently did an Aristo 2jz swap in my mk3 and it has a pte6765, running stock ecu, stock fuel with an upgraded fuel pump, tanabe exhaust, 3in piping, Greddy BCC, 4in intercooler. My AFR is 11.5 and im at 12psi. I have been getting plenty of people trying to give me advice telling me this isnt safe however im leaning towards getting a piggyback but im having trouble figuring out if I even need one. Just looking for some advice as to whether this setup is 100% safe or should I invest in a piggyback. Im not looking to get alot more hp than what i already have at the moment I am very happy with how the car feels right now. Any advice would be very helpful thank you.

You could try increasing the fuel pressure but you aren't going to get far even with a piggyback if you are going to stick with the 440cc.

Just drive it now. Save up for a set of 550cc and a standalone. You will be happy, trust me. After you pass the 550cc limit, you can do a full upgrade with rail and lines. If you have the funds, a standalone and fuel upgrade will do you well.

A 550cc upgrade and then a piggyback would do but you will be fighting the stock ECU and it's not worth it. Save up and get the standalone, you will be very happy.

Right now my funds are low right now considering this large investment i just made. Thats why i wanted to know if its going to be safe running this setup for a while. This is also my daily driver. Thankyou for the helpful advice.

WOT at 12psi and running 11.5's is safe. Where you can benefit from a piggyback is probably the midrange curve. That's assuming you're running rich until you hit full boost.

I actually am running rich before full boost. My AFR before full boost is 10-10.6 then shoots up to 11.5 at full boost.
