Do i have rod knock really?

After looking over my car and doing osme minor tests. I have foubnd out that the large knockign osund only happens in 2nd, neutral when you let go of the gas then add it again and in first at likr 4000 rpms. No sounds at 3rs up until 4th (i oculdn't do 5 haha). so does this really seem like rod knock or may it bve somethign else?

send your oil out for analysis.

Or do the bit where you the spark plug wires one at a time and see if the sound goes away. If it goes away on one wire, you definitely have rod knock.
