Do i have BHG???

I recently bought a 7mgte with 200k on it and i changed the oil, and all fluids, new wastegate, and airfilter. Then i seafoamed it... The exhaust shoots out white smoke and sprays a little bit of water or something at full throttle.

At first i thought it was just because of the seafoam, but im starting to thik it is a bhg!!! There is also a slight explosion noise coming from the cylinders.

Is this BHG???
or could it be something else???
And is there anything i can do to stop it before it gets worse??? :1zhelp:

Well with 200k on a 7m theres not much to expect but a BHG but it could just be the seafoam in your system, What I would do if I was in your place is pull the head off and check... if its ok get a new stock heasgasket with ARPs and torque em to 80lbs your going to have to do it anyway.

no! The oil is not milky... I do plan on changing the head gasket do to its milage and i dont know the last time it was replaced...

My question now is changing the head gasket a lot of work; I mean can i do it my self??? Is there a guide for this or???

I know this is a total newb question but i need your help!!!
